Pre-Registration for the Conference is now closed.
On-Site Registration is available in the Donald Cousens Foyer of the Markham Hilton Suites and Conference Center at 8500 Warden Avenue, Markham at the following times:
Monday, October 18th – 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Tuesday, October 19th – 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Wednesday, October 20th – 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Full Registration includes access to the all General Sessions, and the reception on Tuesday evening. A confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via e-mail immediately upon registering online. For registrations made with payment via fax or mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via e-mail immediately upon processing. If you do not receive confirmation after 10 days, please do not hesitate to contact our registration coordinator Nalini at 416-256-3010 x0 or email reception@ocsa.on.ca

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing no later than October 1, 2010. A full refund minus $150.00 administration fee will be issued. Cancellations received after October 1, 2010, are not refundable. Refunds are not issued for "no-shows." Conference organizers reserve the right to cancel or change workshops due to insufficient registration or change in availability. Substitutions are always welcome and may be made up to and including the day of the conference.
