LHIN Renewal: Progress Update and What It Means for OCSA Members
Join us for an insightful webinar focusing on the progress of implementation of Bill 41 and LHIN renewal efforts by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
Michael Schiel, Healthcare Director at Lough Barnes Consulting Group, will host the presentation by Alison Blair, Acting Director of LHIN Renewal Branch, the organization responsible for providing policy and implementation leadership on the Patients First strategy. Alison will provide a brief overview of the Patients First Act, describe the process for overseeing implementation through work streams, and discuss the ministry’s next steps. The webinar will focus on ways that the legislation may benefit and impact community organizations, and discuss implementation progress and what it means for OCSA members. We will leave plenty of time for questions and answers at the end.
