Two resources to assist facilitators using the Tips and Tools for Everyday Living: A guide for Stroke Caregivers - Facilitator's Guide.

2. Lynelle Hamilton has documented the Sample Session Plans (links are below) developed by the groups. She has concentrated many disparate plans to form 1 or 2 for the topics listed. Each is in their own file. All are in PDF format on OCSA's website. Stroke-Anger, Stroke-Aphasia, Stroke-Difficulties, Stroke-Mobility, Stroke-Motivators, Stroke-Reactions, and Stroke-Training.
