OCSA's Commitment to Quality Improvement
Over the past year, we have learned a great deal about Quality Improvement in Home and Community Support. Through our survey, we learned that Quality Improvement is a very high priority with sector leaders. We also learned that across the sector, organizations are at different stages in their quality journeys. While many are seeking a better understanding of QI methodology and tools, others are starting to develop quality improvement plans, finding ways to capture and understand their client's experiences in meaningful ways, and reflecting on the role of the board and senior leadership in improvement.
OCSA is committed to supporting the Home and Community Support sector to achieve our common goal of providing the highest quality experience to clients. I’m proud that OCSA can arrange this avenue for continuous improvement, and that all CSS providers are able to take ownership of developing a better tomorrow for the people we serve.
With warmest regards,
