Since 2001, Capacity Builders, a division of the Ontario Community Support Association, has been delivering affordable, high-impact training and professional development to organizations in community healthcare and other sectors across Ontario. 


Through our roster of 20+ experienced trainers , we’ve delivered hundreds of custom webinars and live, in-person workshops in urban, rural and remote areas of Ontario. 


We’ll work with your schedule to deliver practical, actionable training that can be applied right away in everyday work scenarios. Breakouts and group work give participants the chance to apply new skills and fosters joint problem-solving.


Our interactive virtual workshops give frontline professionals in community healthcare the chance to make connections while equipping them to address some of the most pressing and practical challenges they face day to day.
