Suzanne Robinson

Secretary/Director

Suzanne is an independent management and operations consultant in health and social care.  Prior to starting her own business in 2019, she held leadership roles for over twenty years in the non-profit mental health sector.  She served for almost ten years as a public servant at a Local Heath Integration Network leading health care planning, integration, and engagement.  Her work involved engagement across the care spectrum:  acute, long-term, and community care including in addictions, community and home care, mental health, and services for seniors.
Suzanne is committed to sharing service users’ and their caregivers’ experiences of care to help build a healthy community through a system of quality services and programs.  This builds on decades of work in mental health where persons with lived experience were integral to reshaping system planning and service delivery.  She has a professional and personal interest in helping to amplify what Ontarians value – healthy aging at home.
She is a Certified Health Executive (CHE), has a master's degree in Health Administration (Community Care) from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Lean Green belt, and certificates in human services and fundraising management.  Previous volunteer work includes the United Way, InformOntario, and several local sports organizations.  Suzanne lives in Mississauga with her husband, two daughters, and two furry friends.
