Ontario’s home and community care sector is at a turning point
— funding pressure, workforce strain, contracting reform, system redesign, demographic surge. The years ahead will shape how care is delivered across our province.
The 2026 OCSA Annual Conference is designed to bring our sector together at this important moment.
This will be a community-based conference. It will be a focused collaborative gathering of CEOs, senior leaders, managers, board members, and system partners committed to strengthening
community-based care, together.

We’re curating content around four core themes:
Community-First Innovation
System Power, Funding & Data
Operational & Workforce Resilience
Leadership & Governance in Volatile Times
If your organization plays a role in delivering, governing, funding, or shaping home and community care — this conference should be on your 2026 calendar.
