The Business of Care
Armine Yalnizyan, Vice President of the Canadian Association for Business Economics
Canada's economy is changing, and so is the role of the non-profit sector. In this keynote, discover how your day-to-day work connects to the country's broader economic story and why the care your organization provides has never been more essential. Explore strategies to improve talent recruitment and retention in an era of growing demand and persistent workforce shortages, while gaining a powerful new narrative to communicate your impact. Learn how to articulate why the non-profit model of care is not only vital to the people and communities you serve, but also fundamental to the growth, productivity, and economic resilience that governments and business leaders are striving to achieve.
