Jennifer Lalonde is an accomplished non-profit and health systems leader with 30 years of progressive management and non-profit experience. As Executive Director of Ottawa West Community Support, she leads a multi-program organization that supports seniors and adults with disabilities to live independently and with dignity.

Jennifer brings more than a decade of executive leadership in publicly funded environments, with recognized strengths in governance, financial stewardship, quality assurance, and system-level collaboration.

She is a trusted contributor to regional planning tables and a strong advocate for the role of Community Support Services within Ontario’s evolving health system.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Human Nutrition and an MBA, and is known for her strategic insight, partnership building, and commitment to strengthening equitable, community-based care across the province.
